Hinato Tezuka was born in Tokyo in 1995. While studying at Waseda University, he began his career as a singer-songwriter, performing at live houses and cafés around the city. In 2015, he made his acting debut as the lead in the film Tamago.

After studying in Spain and spending time in an eco-village in Kumamoto, he moved to Hokkaido in 2018. There, he worked as a community revitalization officer, leading forest tours and learning about Ainu culture and forest restoration.

He then expanded his skills in video production, design, and marketing, further developing his storytelling and visual expression. In 2024, he fully committed to acting, gaining attention for his physical presence and nuanced performances across theater, musicals, and film.
